For many of the approximately 11 million people with disabilities in Germany, travelling is a considerable challenge. So far, there is no hotel in Regensburg that can accommodate a group of people with disabilities. With Includio – the first inclusion hotel in Regensburg – this gap is finally closed. Here, a place is created where people with and without disabilities can come together as guests or employees in a completely normal way. On the one hand, the entire hotel will be barrier-free and some of the rooms will also be wheelchair accessible, while on the other hand, almost 50 percent of the jobs will be filled by people with disabilities.
